Senior Project Manager

About the role

Our client is hiring a Senior Project Manager to run high-rise residential towers of 25 to 40+ floors in Mumbai. You will manage the project independently: RCC structure with Mivan / aluminium shuttering, slab-cycle planning and site execution, and the teams that deliver it, from site engineers and supervisors to labour and subcontractors. The role owns quality, safety, timelines and costs. The client wants someone who can join as soon as possible, depending on notice period.

Key responsibilities

• Manage high-rise residential tower projects independently, from structure to completion
• Plan and drive the slab cycle on RCC structures with Mivan / aluminium shuttering
• Lead site execution: reinforcement, concreting and structural works
• Manage site engineers, supervisors, labour and subcontractors
• Own quality and safety on site
• Control project timelines and costs

Requirements

• Minimum 15 years in civil construction
• Proven experience on high-rise residential towers of 25–40+ floors
• Strong hands-on knowledge of RCC structures and Mivan / aluminium shuttering
• Expertise in reinforcement, concreting, slab-cycle planning and site execution
• Experience leading engineers, supervisors, labour and subcontractors
• Able to manage a high-rise project's timeline and costs independently
