Project Manager

About the role

Our client is hiring a Project Manager with 15 to 20 years of experience for a new high-rise project in Mumbai (RCC and finishing works) that starts within the next three months. You will mobilise the site and the team and then run the project: planning, execution, quality, safety, billing and cost, across both the RCC structure and the finishing works.

Key responsibilities

• Mobilise the site and build the project team
• Plan and control the programme for the RCC and finishing works
• Lead the engineers, supervisors, foremen and subcontractors
• Coordinate the planning, billing, QA/QC, safety and P&M departments
• Control cost and report progress to management and the client

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering
• 15–20 years in building construction, including high-rise projects
• Experience running both RCC structure and finishing works
• Team leadership and client coordination
