Planning Engineer

About the role

Our client needs a Planning Engineer with around 10 years of experience for a new high-rise project in Mumbai (RCC and finishing works) that starts within the next three months. You will build and run the project schedule, track progress and give management an early view of delays and recovery options.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare the baseline programme for the RCC and finishing works
• Update the schedule and look-ahead plans
• Track progress and prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports
• Analyse delays and prepare recovery plans
• Plan resources and materials with the site and procurement teams

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering
• About 10 years in planning on building projects, preferably high-rise
• Primavera P6 or MS Project
