For standard planning roles we usually share a first shortlist within a week. Niche profiles, such as P6 schedulers with metro or high-speed rail experience, can take longer, and we tell you that upfront.
Most planning roles we fill ask for P6, and we check it in screening rather than taking the CV's word for it. If your project runs on MS Project, we screen for that instead. Just tell us which tool your client or PMC uses.
Our fee is a percentage of the candidate's annual CTC, agreed before we start. You pay only after the candidate joins, and if they leave voluntarily within the agreed replacement period (typically 90 days), we find a replacement.
The planning engineer manages time: schedules, progress and delays. The billing engineer manages money: measurements, RA bills and reconciliation. On smaller projects one person often does both, and we can find people with both skill sets.
