Total Surveyor

About the role

An established construction group is hiring a Total Surveyor for a large sports complex being built on about 75 acres near Patna, Bihar. The role handles all site survey work for the project. The surveyor sets out works using a total station, maintains survey records and coordinates with site and planning teams on levels and layouts. Pay is open and will be decided based on experience and education. Salary is open and will be based on experience and education.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out survey work using a total station
• Set out layouts, levels and alignments for site works
• Maintain survey records, drawings and calculations
• Coordinate with site and planning teams on layouts
• Verify quantities and dimensions against drawings
• Report survey issues and deviations to seniors

Requirements

• Experience in total station surveying on construction projects
• Ability to work independently on site
• Knowledge of survey calculations and record keeping
• Preferred experience on large site development or sports projects
• Willingness to undergo background verification and submit a character certificate
