Site Supervisor

About the role

A leading construction group is hiring a Site Supervisor for government building projects at its site in Gopalganj, Bihar. The role oversees daily site activity and labour. The Site Supervisor manages work gangs, checks workmanship, tracks material use and maintains daily site records. Experience in government projects is required, with exposure to public building construction agencies preferred. ₹2.40 to ₹3.36 lakh per year.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily site works and labour gangs
• Check workmanship and material use against specifications
• Track material receipts, storage and consumption
• Maintain daily progress and labour records
• Coordinate with contractors and site engineers
• Report site issues and delays to seniors

Requirements

• 5–10 years of site supervision experience
• Experience in government projects
• Preferred exposure to public building construction agencies
• Ability to manage labour and contractors on site
• Basic record keeping and reporting skills
• Willingness to undergo background verification and submit a character certificate
