Site Administration Executive

About the role

Our client is hiring an administration executive for a new high-rise project in Mumbai (RCC and finishing works) that starts within the next three months. You will run the site office: staff and labour records, attendance, office and accommodation arrangements, and day-to-day support to the project team.

Key responsibilities

• Run the site office and its records
• Maintain staff and labour attendance, documents and registers
• Handle office supplies, housekeeping, transport and accommodation
• Support labour-related paperwork
• Coordinate with head office HR and accounts

Requirements

• Experience in site or office administration, preferably in construction
• Good communication and record-keeping
• MS Office
