Senior Site Supervisor

About the role

Our client is hiring a Senior Site Supervisor for high-rise residential towers of 25 to 40+ floors in Mumbai. The role is hands-on RCC site execution: reinforcement, Mivan / aluminium shuttering, slab casting, concreting and de-shuttering, with the labour and subcontractor teams that deliver the slab cycle. You will work from the structural drawings and the engineers' instructions, allocate daily work, and keep quality, safety and productivity on track. Immediate joiners are preferred; candidates serving notice will also be considered.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise RCC work on high-rise towers: reinforcement, Mivan / aluminium shuttering, slab casting, concreting and de-shuttering
• Read structural drawings and carry out work as per the engineers' instructions
• Manage labour and subcontractors, allocate daily work and keep site productivity up
• Coordinate with the Project Manager and Site Engineers to meet slab-cycle targets
• Ensure quality and safety on site and the timely completion of daily activities

Requirements

• 8–12 years in civil construction
• Proven hands-on experience on high-rise residential buildings, preferably 25–40+ floors
• Strong practical knowledge of RCC construction and high-rise site execution
• Expertise in reinforcement, Mivan / aluminium shuttering, slab casting, concreting and de-shuttering
• Able to read structural drawings
• Experience managing labour and subcontractors
• Immediate joining preferred, or as per notice period
