Senior Site Civil Engineer

About the role

Urgent requirement for a highly experienced Senior Site Civil Engineer for a High-End Private Farmhouse / Luxury Residential Project in Delhi NCR / Noida. The candidate should be capable of acting as the Owner's representative at site, independently monitoring quality, progress and coordination. Qualification: B.Tech / B.E. Civil Engineering preferred. Key responsibilities

• Act as the Owner's representative at site
• Independently manage site execution, progress, manpower and timelines
• Monitor quality of workmanship and inspect materials
• Read and coordinate Architectural, Structural and MEP drawings
• Coordinate contractors and verify measurements and billing

Requirements

• B.Tech / B.E. in Civil Engineering preferred
• 15+ years of experience
• Hands-on experience in RCC, masonry, plaster, waterproofing, flooring and civil finishing
• Strong knowledge of quality control, workmanship and material inspection
• Experience in contractor coordination, measurement verification and billing
• Background in Luxury Villas, Farmhouses, Premium Residences or Independent Houses preferred
