Project MIS Executive

About the role

An established construction group is hiring a Project MIS Executive for its head office in Patna. The role supports project reporting and management information for building projects. The executive will maintain project data, prepare regular reports and dashboards, and coordinate with project and site teams to keep information accurate and timely. Relevant experience in the construction industry is required. ₹3.60 to ₹4.80 lakh per year.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain project MIS data and records across ongoing projects
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly progress reports for management
• Track project schedules, costs and resource data
• Coordinate with site and project teams to collect and verify data
• Prepare dashboards and presentations for review meetings
• Flag delays, variances and data gaps to project heads

Requirements

• Relevant experience in MIS or project reporting
• Experience in the construction industry
• Strong spreadsheet and reporting skills
• Attention to detail and ability to meet reporting deadlines
• Good written and verbal communication in Hindi and English
• Willingness to undergo background verification and submit a character certificate
