Lab Technician

About the role

Our client is hiring two Lab Technicians for the site laboratory of a new high-rise project in Mumbai (RCC and finishing works) that starts within the next three months. You will run the routine tests on concrete and construction materials and keep the test records that the QA/QC team relies on.

Key responsibilities

• Sample and test fresh and hardened concrete (slump, cube tests)
• Test aggregates, cement and other materials
• Maintain and calibrate the lab equipment
• Record results and report them to QA/QC
• Keep lab records ready for audits

Requirements

• Experience as a lab technician on construction sites
• Knowledge of standard concrete and material tests
• Neat record-keeping
