General Manager - Execution

About the role

Our client is hiring a General Manager - Execution to lead construction on a running high-rise project in Mumbai. You will be responsible for delivery on site: the programme, quality, safety, cost and the execution team, from project managers and engineers to subcontractors. You will also be the developer's main point of contact on execution.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all execution on the project and the site management team
• Own the construction programme, monthly targets and recovery plans
• Control cost, resources and subcontractor performance
• Make sure quality and safety standards are met across the site
• Represent the company to the developer, consultants and authorities on execution matters

Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering
• Senior leadership of high-rise building construction projects
• Strong command of RCC structures, formwork systems, planning and contracts
• Proven team and stakeholder management
