Concrete Foreman

About the role

Our client needs two Concrete Foremen for a new high-rise project in Mumbai (RCC and finishing works) that starts within the next three months. You will plan and run concrete pours with the concreting gang, the pump and the ready-mix supply, so that concrete is placed, compacted, finished and cured correctly.

Key responsibilities

• Plan pours with the engineers, pump operators and ready-mix supplier
• Lead the concreting gang for placing, vibration and finishing
• Check that the area is ready before every pour
• Make sure concrete is cured and fresh concrete is protected
• Keep pour records and follow the safety rules

Requirements

• Hands-on concreting experience on building sites, preferably high-rise
• Knowledge of pumping, vibration, finishing and curing
• Experience leading a concreting gang
