Foreman - Automatic Climbing Formwork

About the role

Our client needs two Foremen who have worked with automatic climbing formwork systems (ACS / self-climbing formwork) on high-rise core walls, for a running high-rise project in Mumbai. You will lead the climbing crew: preparing and carrying out each climb, fixing and aligning formwork panels, and making sure every cycle is safe and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the crew operating the automatic climbing formwork on the core walls
• Prepare, check and carry out each climb as per the system supplier's procedure
• Fix, align and strip formwork panels, coordinating with the rebar and concrete crews
• Inspect the system, anchors and platforms before every climb
• Enforce safety for work at height on the climbing platforms

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with automatic climbing formwork / self-climbing systems on high-rise buildings
• Experience leading a formwork crew
• Strong focus on safety at height
