Civil Site Supervisor

About the role

Our client, a construction company that builds commercial and residential projects, needs a Civil Site Supervisor for its site in Sector 133, Noida. This is a hands-on execution role: you will run the work on site as per the drawings, do the level marking and line-out, keep the labour and subcontractors moving, and report progress every day through the DPR. The salary is ₹25,000–30,000 a month, depending on experience. The client needs someone who can join immediately. Candidates living anywhere in Noida are welcome to apply.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day civil execution on site as per the approved drawings
• Read architectural and structural drawings and raise any mismatch before work starts
• Do level marking, line-out and layout work on site
• Prepare the daily progress report (DPR) and keep site records up to date
• Allocate work to labour and subcontractors and check quality and daily output
• Track materials on site and raise requirements in time
• Keep the site safe and tidy

Requirements

• 2–3 years as a site supervisor on commercial or residential building projects
• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering preferred
• Able to read drawings and do level marking on site
• Experience preparing DPRs
• Able to join immediately
• Living in Noida or able to reach Sector 133, Noida every day
