Civil Foreman

About the role

Our client needs two Civil Foremen for a new high-rise project in Mumbai (RCC and finishing works) that starts within the next three months. You will lead labour gangs on the floors and see that the day's work is completed to the drawings and to the quality and safety requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead labour gangs on civil and finishing work
• Allocate daily tasks and track output
• Follow the drawings and the engineers' instructions
• Manage materials at the work face
• Enforce safety and housekeeping

Requirements

• Hands-on foreman experience on building sites
• Knowledge of RCC and finishing work
• Experience leading labour gangs
