Key responsibilities

Prepare and verify client and contractor bills for commercial projects
Take measurements and quantities from drawings and site records
Prepare BOQs, rate analysis and reconciliation of materials
Coordinate with site, QS and accounts teams on billing and certification

Requirements

B.E. / B.Tech or Diploma in Civil Engineering
8–10 years of billing experience
Billing experience in Real Estate / Construction companies on Commercial Projects
Immediate joiner
