Billing Engineer

About the role

Our client needs a Billing Engineer for a new high-rise project in Mumbai (RCC and finishing works) that starts within the next three months. Reporting to the billing manager, you will take off quantities and prepare the client and subcontractor bills.

Key responsibilities

• Take off quantities from the drawings
• Prepare client RA bills
• Check subcontractor measurements and bills
• Check BBS and run material reconciliation
• Maintain measurement records

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Civil Engineering
• Billing experience on building projects
• Knowledge of BOQ, measurement and IS 1200
• MS Excel and AutoCAD
